1.6 rockers

can I use Comp Cams 1.6 roller tip rockers with Comp Cam 08-304-8 cam shaft?

Yes sir you can use 1.6 ratio rockers with that cam. You will need to make sure whatever spring you are using can handle the increased lift with those rockers though. The lift will come up to .534 on the intake and .547 on the exhast side. You may also want to verify piston to valve clearance with this setup if you were already close before.
