Attached please find the 2009 Engine Masters Rules Document. Please take the time to read it carefully - many rules have changed. For future reference, this document can also be found on the website at www.enginemasters.com. Additionally, any future needed Rule Amendments, Addendums, or Modifications will also be published at www.enginemasters.com.
