Facing a bit of an overcast, the CPG crew along with the rest of the Hot Rod Power Tour is racing against the weather. Although a flash thunderstorm arrived at mid day, the sun once again shined and attendance was not affected by the weather, as the long haulers came prepared with umbrellas and rain jackets.
Today's event at The Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Kentucky featured Mobil 1 dyno runs, sponsor giveaways and an appearance by Jim Harris and the Somernites Cruise Gang at the GM Performance Division Main Stage. After today's stop, the CPG crew heads to the Grand Finale of the 2009 Hot Rod Power Tour in Bristol, Tennessee.
