It's over. After four long days of putting engines on the dyno, tweaking them, running them, taking them back off and starting all over again, the 5th Annual Mopar Muscle Engine Challenge called it a wrap.
This morning, the final team, Chenoweth Speed and Machine from Morton, IL, added their engine to the mix. This father/son team is competing for the second time and while they had a few issues with their engine, they got their dyno pulls in and added their numbers to the board. Father Dale Chenoweth is a big proponent of COMP Cams Engine
Break-In Oil and Additive and could be heard discussing its benefits with some of the other builders this morning.
With seven total competitors who look to be extremely close in the horsepower and torque ranges, the title of Mopar Muscle Engine Winner could be up for grabs by any of them. Watch for the final results online at
