I have an 04 Ram that is a daily driver/tow rig, so I would also like to see a cam with better low end and a little top gain end also. I was ready to buy when the back order for the HO's happened, but I would much rather spend a little more money and get better gains than just put HO's in my rig. What happened to the third page with their response on it. I liked your response to what they said AIRRAM. I think that we could get enough people to commit to buy them, if they would commit to making them. Keep up the good work AIRRAM.

Wow odd!! Not only is my post gone (was right before your guy's follow-up post when it existed), my account was apparently deleted. I guess I'll PM admin about that....
I have had a couple emails with Matt S. but I just wanted to show up here to make sure my words are further counted. I agree with posts here (at least posts that were here) that we definitely need something for the low end to help move these beasts. The mods I've done to now really seem to help the top end, but have lost me bottom end. Which is a bad thing to loose when you are a (slightly) lifted 4x4. So I guess a towing cam or something that otherwise helps the low end is really what I'd need.
I think that was the basic points I had originally made
Thanks,
Andrew Beauchamp

I agree with Nick (Air_Ram). We need to have a representative from Comp who is informed on the status of projects to give us run down of where this project currently sits. IF it is a dead issue I would rather be told upfront, then to be ignored hoping I will go away. As for the previously removed response from Comp, if an order of 300 sets is required you can automatically pencil me in for a set right now and I'm willing to put down a modest deposit to see this happen.

| I would be down for a full payment right now. I would even commit to 20+ sets and pay for them TODAY! That should help get the ball rolling.

| As I would too, if the determined price would be even estimated, but in all reality it wouldn't matter the cost if I could get a cam that could outperforme what is currently available. I would also fully offer my truck to be a test mule for different cam setups (I'm not set up for drag racing but for truck pulling). But what I really want is cams to push my little 4.7 to be even better than my Hemi. Hint, hint. Come on COMP!

I also use my truck as a daily driver and for towing. I race on weekends. I would love to see comp cams make us some good cams. I'm ready to buy cams from you guys. I believe that you can and will make a cam(s) that will out perform any cam that is available to us now.

I would also be willing to put money down, if they would commit to building them, and give us a good estimate on the final price. They just need to let us know what is really going on. It seems that we are getting different answers depending on who we talk to.

Looks like I'm in the same boat as adnedarn. My post and account were both deleted. I guess that's reason enough to post again.
A cam to help bump the low end torque of these engines would be the key. They have a lot of power once you hit 3000+ rpm, but they're lacking on the bottom end. Of course that probably has to do with it having to move a 5400 lb truck. Here's hoping Comp cams is willing to make something for us.
