Can someone tell me which system this is (pic inside)

I have found a used system to buy and as the title states, I want to know which system it is. The owner does not have any documentation and does not know which system it is.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would also help if someone could confirm that this is a dry kit. I am basing this assumption on the NMU in the picture.

That is a dry kit but it looks to have some custom pieces that did not come with the kit. It will basically work on anything with a return style fuel system. I can not say what the parts that are with are for as they were not made here.
