Default controler
How can I reset the controller to program it again.

It lost its program and started working right off idle.Almost went for an unexpected ride and lost an engine.

How can I clear the memory and reprogram..........or maybe I should send it back before I destroy something.

Thanks

You should be able to just push the button again and it should go back into programming mode. If that doesn't work, you can disconnect the ground wire for about 6-8 hours and it will wipe the slate clean. You will be able to start from scratch at that point.

Can you hear the solenoid click to activate? Have you checked the voltage reading you are getting on your TPS wire that you tapped into? Where do you have the box grounded? Are there mulitple grounds in one spot?

P.S. iwannagofaster is out of town at a GoodGuys event or he would have gotten back to you sooner.

, I can hear the solenoid...........figured no need to check voltage if its activating. Its grounded were the instructional video suggested I put it..........on the factory ground stud. yes there are other grounds attached there. Solenoid clicks but no discharge out of the nozzle bottle @ 950 psi Once in a great while it may work while I am driving but never when I have been diagnosing the problem. No holes or restrictions in the hoses and no kinks either.

Thanks
Dave

It really sounds like a ground issue. You always want to check the voltage, just because it clicks doesn't mean that both solenoids are operating properly. You may be hearing the fuel solenoid (requires less amperage to operate) and not the nitrous solenoid. Diconnect the +12V and ground wires and go straight to the battery. If this creates the same scenario, you may need a new box, but our systems rely VERY heavily on ground, and a shared ground is a weak ground. I also spoke to another guy that had his system do the same thing yours is doing and I bet you can't guess what the problem was?!?!?! Let me know what you find.

Went direct to battery, power and ground .still works intermittently.
System is not even 2 months old. Can I exchange the NMU?

Why don't you send me your name, address, and phone number to my e-mail address. I have listed it below. I will write you an RMA number to send the box in for warranty consideration and we will check it out. We will need a copy of your purchase invoice if you did not purchase it throug us. If you do not have it still the company you purchased through should be able to provide you a copy very easily.

It now works all the time but sounds like a machine gun it is not a constant spray

key on engine off for testing
