Custom grind lobe lift questions

What are my lift options for the LSK lobes and XER lobes for ls1 based cams? Im looking to do a SPINMONSTER suggestioned custom comp cam grind. He gave the specs he suggested but said the lift I would have to decided on based on what avaliable for those lobes. Heres the specs

235LSK intake/235 XER exhaust (lift is determined by the lobe you pick)

114LSA

2 degrees advance.

Assuming that you're using a 1.7 rocker, the 235LSK lift is .684". There is no 235 for the XE-R's, but there is a 234 and a 236. 234XE-R is .598" and the 236XE-R is .602" with a 1.7 rocker.
