Dual-sync distributor for SB Ford

I looked around at FAST but could not find actual instructions for the SB Ford dual-sync distributors for my new owners manual I am creating and received nothing with the distributor as it was installed on my engine when I received it. Used the Gm direction, knowing the rotations all all reversed.

Also, just pulled the distributor since I got and it has the wrong gear on it (steel), only have about 200 miles on the engine and and the gear is showing severe wear. I could use the correct part numbers to get after Bennett about it.

Never mind I found it. I put the part number 305009 and doc. FAST-116.pdf came up and it has the distributor gears.

Bronze Gear – Part #431 (according to Summits info it is not intended "for extended street use"

Which leads me to believe the only option left for street use is the:
Composite Gear – Part #35200

Is this correct?

The composite gear is what is recommended for street use...due to the fact that bronze gears will wear much faster with a steel cam gear.
