ez efi does the regulator make noise???

I have had the system installed for a few days now and the only thing left thats bugging me is the noise coming from either the regulator or the injectors. It is a constand buzz that is in tune with the feel you get when you touch the regulator. Also when you tap the gas the buzz gets louder for a second... should I be hearing this thing while I'm sitting in the driver seat? the reg. is mounted to the fire wall...

I can't say that I hear any nose from the regualtor in either of my cars. They do click or buzz when starting which is the injectors primining and when I touch the throttle I got a buzz. That went away after I backed off the Accel shot (forget what its actually called) to -1. Is your pressure steady?

pressure is steady at about 38-40 psi while idling. I wonder why its making that noise.

The injectors can make a ticking noise. Have you ruled them out?

Maybe the firewall is kind of acting like an amplifier?

Maybe you could try and unbolt the regulator as a test to see if it is still noisy? Rubber isolators maybe?

Noisy regulator is definitely a new one for us, but anything's possible.

not really its a fast buzzing almost like the interference you get from the ignition on the radeo....
