Default EZ-EFI a few general questions
I'm planning an EZ-EFI for the 350 in my '57 Chevy. For the fuel tank I can buy a replacement sender unit with a 3/8 outlet and a 5/16 return line. If I mount the electric fuel pump on the inner side of the chassis rail by the tank, I assume that will all be okay? And what is the OD of the fuel line supplied? so I can buy clamps for it. And if I mount the ECU on the firewall in the engine compartment, how big a hole will be needed in the firewall for the connector to hook up the handheld control module inside the car?
Thanks!

I mounted my pump on the inside of the frame rail near the tank and it works fine.
We ran 3/8" fuel line for pressure and return. The return line was run into the side of the filler neck. We took the filler neck off of the tank and welded an AN fitting to it and return fuel there.

The smaller end of the communications cable (that links the EZ-EFI harness to the handheld) is about 1 1/8" wide. If you are handy with wiring, you could de-pin the connector, feed the wires through, then re-assemble the connector. There are three wires. The cable itself is around 1/4" wide so you could use a smaller hole.
