FAST XFI Wide Band O2 Operation

Just got an XFI running in my LT1 Trans Am. The WBO2 doesn't seem to be functioning. Actual A/F stays at 7.0 but the system is showing that it's picking up the sensor.

The ONLY thing I can think of is operation voltage. I'm working out a charging issue on the car right now, only seeing 12.4v across the battery with the car running, and the XFI box is only showing 10.5v on the main dashboard. Is there a min voltage the XFI box needs to see to get teh WBO2 functioning?
