I can't you give you a spec card without the seral number but I can give you the general specs on it. The HR112+4 means it is a Hyd. Roller with a 112 LSA and 4 degrees of advance built into the cam. I have provided the other specs below.

ADVERTISED DURATION: 277.00
DURATION AT 50: 228.00
LOBE LIFT: .346

I have a picutre of the cam that has everything thats stamped on the side, would that be more helpful to IDing the cam?

The guy says its a 228/228 by 588/588 if the cam has more of a duration than 230 it will not fit or work in my car.

Im also curious as to what the best cam might be for my car. Im running.....

5.3 Liter 862 heads milled down by .20

Patriot .660 lift dual spring kit

ls7 lifters with ls2 trays

1.8 Crane Gold roller rockers

I have no idea on push rod length either.

Well as I posted above the duration @ .050 is 228/228. The valve lift with a 1.7 rocker would be .588. If you can take a pic and post it here I would be happy to take a look at it. As far as which cam would be best for you I would need more information. What is the compression ratio. What transmission. If its an auto how much converter? What rear end gear? Ect. Ect.
