how can i tell which cam I have

I bought a set of heads with comp cams but dont know whice grind they are. Is there any way I can tell like a serial # or something on the camshaft itself. I was told the are XE274 but I need to know if they are H or AH. this will make a big differance in my PTV clearance.

I am assuming we are talking about a 4.6 2V engine here? The cams will have a serial number and grind number etched into the camshafts. They are typically on the back side of the cam. If you give me those numbers I can tell you what it is.
