Default Ned Jackson '70 Cuda Project Update
Hi Everyone
I figured it was time to give all an update on my 70 Barracuda Project.

The car went to a local fabrication shop in Dec 2007 for rust repair and custom metal fabrication. I finally picked up the car in May 2008 and to put it lightly..... the work that was done was not even close to my satisfaction. In fact most of it down right sucked. From the moment I picked up the car I knew alot of the work would need to be re-done. Fun fun

If you want to read about the entire story as well as another friend that got screwed at the same shop, you can find it all here.......

So after getting the car back, I started the search for a new shop to help me get the car back on track. In the meantime I got started fixing as much as I could myself. After consulting quite a few shops I selected Bruning Auto Design in Brush Prairie WA. Their work speaks for itself..

On the way back from SEMA 2008, the guys from Bruning hauled the car back up to Brush Prairie and got started right away. There is no doubt the car is now in great hands and will be built with the high level of detail I want and demand. I only wish I had found these guys before. I've learned my lesson and have moved on.

These set backs are EXACTLY why I haven't really accepted any products from the sponsors of the project. I didn't want to accept products and then find myself way behind schedule and not be able to hold up my end of the sponsorship deal. When I make a commitment, I live up to it, so I wanted to be absolutely sure I could deliver as promised.

So anyway..... the car is back on track. The car will be finished and will be top notch if it kills me. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the sponsors and assure you all that if/when we work together, you wont be disappointed.

I've included the most up to date promo page for the car. If anyone has questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. You can also follow the build here....

Thanks again....

Default Woodward Dream Cruise 2010
You get that bad boy done come on out. Third weekend in August. All day Saturday. There's several hundred thousand that turn out so you will be seen and photographed. Cruise it or park it. The fun really starts a week or two before so if you show up early you won't be disappointed.

Ned ,
That baby is going to be sweet! Far as bad dealing with body shops ,I know your pain so well! It's so hard to find a truly professional shop that will do what they say. Every time I think I'm at the point of being ahead,I have someone drop the ball! That's why I've done most of my work myself ,except the fully custom T3 Audio install is done by owner / CEO Johnathan Demuth, the custom interior seats, head liner, console cover was done by Jason Rathbun Show time upholstery.Me and a friend did a lot of the body fabercation. Still looking for a custom painter,(I did the airbrushing, but not a complete car painter).had to many bad ones! long story.

Looks like you have the right people on your car now. Congrats!
