I have a set of heads marked 223500020A, can someone give me specs or an equivalant number?

That is a iron, 23 degree, 220cc intake runner, 50cc combustion chamber, angle plug cylinder head. It has a 2.02 intake valve and a 1.60 exhaust. The RHS equivalent is a part number 12334.
