I would start with checking the wire you are getting the TPS signal from. It needs to read about 0 volts off the throttle and about 5 volts on the throttle. You will need to check this with a meter. Also you need to check your grounds. I do not recommend having different grounds in the same place or near each other. Could you describe the process you are going through to program it and let me know what the unit is doing when you attempt the program process? What color is the light on the box before and after programing? Are you trying to use any other electronics with it such as a TC window switch?
