Powerglide Band Dragging?

I have a PG with 1.76 gears, super bell, turbo input shaft, Kevlar band.........the trans was "pro built" by a shop that does lots of pro mod stuff. We are running the band adjustment at 4 rounds out from snug but the car still tries to creep in neutral. I am concerned that low gear may be dragging all of the time and costing us time. Any experience with this? Thanks GT
