Default Pro Action 14 degree
I am considering using the 14 degree iron heads in a future engine build but need to know what parts I need. We are required to be on flat tappet cams and no shaft rockers. I would like to use a pedestal mount rocker like a Yella Terra if possible. Can you give me a list of parts to do this, or is it even an option to run these heads in that configuration?

Thanks.

Right now the only rocker setup I am aware of that will work on these heads is a shaft mount style setup. We do have the Raised Runner Head that could work with a standard type rocker arm.

Thanks, Aaron. I saw on another thread that the 23 raised runner takes an offset rocker and Edelbrock makes an intake... What is the part number of the intake? Also which version of that head do you recommend? Is the Comp 12-515-5 still a good cam for these heads on a 430" engine at about 13.8 compression?

I do not remember the edlebrock number off hand but I belive the Brodix intake that works is a part number HV1007. The 12804 is the most finished version of the head and typically the one most people will want. That cam will still work just fine with these heads.
