RHS 12410 Heads Okay Out of Box?

Hi, I just bought a set of the RHS 12410 Pro Torker Vortec heads, the assembled version.

I am wondering, is it okay to just run these heads right out of the box, or do they need to be taken to the shop for bowl blending/gasket matching?

The heads are ready to go out of the box. Not to say it would be bad idea to bowl blen or gasket match them but it is not a requirement.
