Default rocker replacement
I have a 383 built in 2005 with only 4000miles on it.
The cam is yours CS 248/254 SR112 is the info I have. PBM roller lifters.
AFR 210 heads with RPM 1.6 roller rockers.
One rocker has failed because the shaft has fallen out of the roller. Considering replacing rockers with yours, either Stainless to match RPM or maybe even shaft mount if it can be justified. I am UK based although the engine was built in US.
I do not have much experience with this type of engine so comments welcome.
Is a rev kit useful on this level of build ie max revs 7500?

I would look at our Ultra Pro Magnum series of rocker arms for this setup. If you can give me your stud size I could suggest a part number.

No real reason to use a REV Kit on a setup like this. Just use a good quality pushrod and the appropriate springs.
