Default Steam Holes for 400sbc
I have a set of iron 220cc heads. These are Kiwi Pros, which I was told are now sold as RHS heads.
Is there any procedure for drilling steam holes in the heads to suit a 400sbc.
I have drilled the lower ones(Exhaust port side), but am unsure of the top ones(Intake side), beside the head bolt holes.
Do they need to go in at an angle?

On RHS heads, formaly known as Pro Top Line or Pro Action, drilling the steam holes is not required as the head has been desingned for better cooling. However you can choose to drill the steam holes if your engine builder prefers. The inatake side holes do need to go in at a 57 degree angle. This would be 57 degrees if your coming from the itake port side.
