Making sure your 700R4 or 2004R transmission throttle valve (TV) cable is properly adjusted is essential for providing exact shift points and maintaining the life of your transmission. The TCI® EZ-Shift TV Cable Correction System is a self-adjusting complete package that includes a TV cable, TV cable carburetor cam, throttle cable attachment arm assembly and throttle cable bracket assembly that fits most popular throttle cables. The kit components’ steel and aluminum construction provides unmatched durability and performance.

The EZ-Shift TV Cable Correction System is carburetor specific and requires no modifications to the carburetor or transmission. It is specifically designed for the 700R4 and 2004R transmissions and provides proper shifting under all driving conditions and styles. Common transmission damage due to incorrectly adjusted TV cables is completely eliminated by using this system so that exact shift points can be achieved.

Installation of this system is simple; just bolt on the supplied bracket and carburetor cam assembly, install the TV cable and then run the accelerator to wide-open throttle. The cable will automatically adjust itself, and you’re finished.
