Default TCI Force Motor Tables (shift pressure)
I have a 94 k1500 with 383 (Edelbrock 1406 Carbureted). I have the stock 4l60e (and stock torque convertor) controlled by a TCI TCU # 37000 (older model) What I was wondering is how to setup the force motor tables for a smooth transition between neutral and 1st gear. When the car is cold, it's a nice smooth shift, but when it warms up, it slams into first and reverse. My TPS rests at about 20+- at idle, so I didn't know where to start out duty cycle wise. I see the newer version has a section called n to 1, but the older one just says 1st gear, which I'm guessing is the same thing? Any input on the subject? Thanks
