I was giving a slightly used cam that I think is a Comp Cam. The only info I have for identifying this cam is some lettering in the cam spocket end of the cam that says the following; C6F S.
I was told it has a 620 lift, and that's all I know. Any help in identifying this cam further would be greatly appreciated..Paul. Also I know it is a solid lifter roller cam. I have the solid lifters' with it. Thanks.

    Hi Paul,
I wish we could be of more assistance but unfortunately that serial number is not from one of our camshafts and it doesn't ring a bell with us.

    Marketing is correct, Paul.

All of our cams will have a serial # on them.

It will look something like UH7345-12 or J 5732-09

It starts with 1 or 2 letters of the alphabet, then 4 numbers, then a dash and the last 2 numbers denote the year it was made. -12 would be 2012, or -09 would be 2009.
