Guys the longest connector in the harness is the connector for the fuel pressure sensor. Is it better to have the sensor closer to the tank(pump) or closer to the engine or doesn't it mater,?
Should I wish to shorten the wiring cutting, soldering and heat shrink covering, is that acceptable or should the plug be re-pinned to the correct length

As long as the sensor is mounted to the fuel line according to the FAST instructions, it doesn't matter where you mount it in the chassis. Just keep it a away from any high heat areas like headers.

It would be better not to cut the cable. It is sealed to prevent corrosion.

Thanks AA, I may well just get some replacement plug connectors and re-terminate the cables to suit the application length rather than have coils of excess cable
