My WB connector got on the header and melted. Can you get replacement connectors, both male and female side. I hate to pay the $260 FAST price for a new sensor when I have a good one that I can't use.

Just replace both ends with a Weatherpak.

You can buy the wideband if ever needed from most any parts store for $70. I'll get the part number and post it up. I just replaced mine last week.

Bosch numbers 17205 and 17018 both will work with EZ or Sportsman. 17205 has the original 15" overall length for approx $125. 17018 has longer 17" overall length for approx $70. Yes,the only difference is the lead lengths and yes,the longer one is cheaper. Both operate identical to the "FAST" sensor that is just a 17205 Bosch off the shelf sensor. Plug and play. FAST has their replacement for approx $98 + shipping. Local parts store should save you almost $30 and free shipping to boot.

XFI shows a different O2 sensor. It is an NTK NGK 24302. They can be had for $100 almost anywhere also. Same exact one as the FAST for $260!!

They are the exact ones supplied by FAST. FAST just repackages them. Yes the ends are exactly the same because of that.

Thanks for the responses. I ordered the NTK NGK 24302 and have installed it. I got the FAST connector from FAST and installed it. I still get the Actual AFR of 0.0 and and O2 sensor fault. Could the melted connector have shorted something that would have damaged the XFI computer?

I was just going to splice the wires but found out the O2 connector supposedly has a resistor etched in it.

I have no answer on that. Will be interested in that info though.

In case this helps someone else. My problem with new sensor not working was that I did not use 2 wires from the ecm because they looked as though they dead ended when I cut my burned connectors off. I reconnected those and all is well now. Those 2 wires actually go to the built in resistor in the O2 side connector. So all 7 wires from the efi ecm have to be used.
