So this morning I was thinking about my engine. From the factory it was a 360 cubic inch, but it's been rebuilt and probably has an .030 overbore, which makes it about a 365 cubic inch engine. Does this matter? Can you use engine size changes to make your VE tables more closely match the actual engine?

The displacement entered does affect the fuel tables. In your case, the effect would be negligible.

I've been running on this tune for a good long while, I'll leave it alone.. I assume that table is rewritten as it's learning? Unless you think it's worth fixing?

Changing the cubic inches in the tune by this small amount won't create any issue. It may make some very slight improvement, but it's doubtful you would find or notice any difference.
