Default Tuner has injector size wrong
I was looking through my tune today and I noticed the guy that tuned my car has 94 injectors in the fuel calc table and I have 83lb injectors, can I just change it back to 83 from 94? what happens with the injector when it is set to the wrong size in the fuel calc table do I have to worry about changing the VE table or A/F.

Thanks

Yes you will have to take a look at the VE table to make sure things are on track. The injector size is one of the basic calca that the ecu uses to determine fuel pulse width. Changing from 94 in your injector calc to 84 so it will effect the base ve table directly.

The A/F table will remain the same.

The base VE table will need to be checked for sure. It could make the engine run lean.

12.0-12.5 remember when you are on the trans break that the misfire will show a lean condition when it isn't really lean

I was thinking since I do not have an intercooler about sparying a 40 shot of nitrous through the SC to cool the intake charge a bit is there a certin A/F and timing point I should start at, my tuner has the A/F at 11.7 and the timing at 24.

Ford 331
ported vic jrs and intake
ysi 23lbs boost

For a non-intercooled setup it looks pretty close. I usually run mine a little bit richer. Closer to 11.25 or so.

Is 11.2 good for a wet 40 shot of nitrous?
