Default Urgent response needed... Returned NMU
Hi,

I returned my NMU, the RMA number is 1076884, the person I spoke to on the phone (after waiting 40mins last week) was called Cole. I've called four times, once I was hung up on, 2nd time around I left a message and third and fourth time I got no answer.

This is quite urgent I paid over $75 to get it shipped to you from London overnight. I'd appreciate a response on what's wrong with my NMU as I need it for an upcoming drag race at the beginning of July and it still needs to come back to London, England.

Please can you either return my call, or send me an email

We just recieved the NMU on Monday the 21st and it typically takes a few days for a warranty claim to be processed. They will not call untill they know what we are doing with the claim. I will let warranty know that you are needing this quickly though and we will get it back out as soon as possible. As far as calling us, we know the hold times are long at times but there will always be an answer if you hang on. Calls are answered in the order they come in and no one can skip your call or any thing of that sort. I am sure no one intentially hung up on you but do you know who you were speaking to when this happend? Do you know who you were transfered too to leave a message?

Monday 21st that took a week to reach you - not your fault it's DHL's.

Thanks for the response, sorry for sounding frustrated. I don't think it was anything malicious when I was hung up on, probably just a bad connection and the operator couldn't hear me.

When I setup the original RMA I spoke to Cole, who gave me the RMA number, when I rang back beginning of this week I asked for him left a message on his answerphone.

My drag car is disabled at the moment as it's been setup to run with the Nitrous setup so if I don't get it back before next weekend I won't be able to race! I appreciate you speeding this up with the warranty department.

Fingers crossed I get it back in time.

Aaron is out of the office today to close on his new house. I checked the status of this and the new box left our facility yesterday. The tracking number is 975792768465 with FedEx. It is showing to be delivered by the 28th, so you should be able to make the race.
