The COMP Performance Group Ready for 2017 Power Tour

power tourFor more than 20 years, automotive enthusiasts and manufacturers alike have embarked on a weeklong road trip spanning more than a thousand miles. The brands that make up the COMP Performance Group will once again join them on the highways and in seven designated cities for Hot Rod Power Tour.

The annual tour attracts muscle cars, street rods and other high-performance vehicles for a celebration of all things automotive. This year’s 23rd Hot Rod Power Tour begins June 10 in Kansas City, Missouri, with stops in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana before ending June 16 at Bowling Green Warren County Regional Airport in Kentucky.

The COMP Performance Group display trailer will make the entire trip, showcasing the latest products, apparel and literature from brands including COMP Cams, FAST, TCI, RHS, Quarter Master, Inglese, ZEX and Powerhouse Products. Staff will also be on-site at each stop to provide sales support and technical advice.

FAST will sponsor this year’s Main Stage, where Long Haulers making the full trip and other attendees take part in nightly drawings and festivities. Each night, an attendee who enters his or her name at the CPG trailer during the day is eligible for product certificates worth $200 -$500. Entrants must be in attendance to win. A unique keychain featuring a scaled-down, SEMA new product award-winning COMP Cams SPR Radius Tip Rocker will be presented to all Long Haulers, who may also enter a drawing for a custom banner signed by all participants.
