COMP Cams® Thumpr™ NSR Cams for Dodge Gen III, IV Hemi Engines

Memphis, TN – The COMP Cams® Thumpr™ NSR Cams for Dodge Gen III/IV Hemi Engines bring the wildly popular Thumpr™ sound to late model Hemi engines, while offering big power gains and no need to upgrade valve springs.

The Thumpr™ grinds for Gen III and Gen IV Hemi engines need little more than a tune (phaser limiter also required for VVT Gen IV) to produce a race sound and excellent performance in the mid to upper RPM window. They work with stock valve springs, though COMP Cams® recommends disabling the DOD system for optimal performance.

These late model engine camshaft designs also have a quicker intake profile for even more torque in the low- to mid-range than the original Thumpr™ cams for older applications. Made from a billet steel core, they are ideal for naturally aspirated and supercharged applications.
